This is the structure of a policy that has not yet been issued. The sections below set out what the policy will cover; the specific terms are still being confirmed and are not binding.

Scope: the public website and topics for the platform service agreement. Commercial and legal terms require company approval before they can be issued.

01

Website use and product information

Pending confirmation

This section will set out acceptable use of the site, and confirm that the content, photography and marks on it belong to VerCab or are used with permission.

02

Enquiries, demonstrations and access

The contact form starts an enquiry. Requesting a demonstration does not create a platform account, confirm a transport booking or purchase a subscription. Product illustrations explain workflows and are not live customer accounts.

03

Platform scope and configuration

Pending confirmation

The scope for a corporate account or rental operator—including modules, permitted users, application access, deployment and integrations—needs to be agreed before onboarding. This section will identify how the applicable agreement records that scope.

04

Commercials and billing

Pending confirmation

No trial entitlement, subscription price, payment schedule or renewal commitment is established by this website. Commercial terms, taxes and any implementation charges require confirmation in the applicable agreement.

05

Accounts and authorised users

Pending confirmation

This section will define account administration, authorised users, credential handling, acceptable use and the process for reporting suspected unauthorised access. It will distinguish corporate roles from rental-operator responsibilities.

06

Data responsibilities and confidentiality

Pending confirmation

The platform agreement needs to address the responsibilities of VerCab and the customer for employee, driver, journey and business records. Processing purposes, access, retention, deletion, service providers and confidentiality require approved wording specific to the delivered product.

07

Support, availability and changes

Pending confirmation

Support channels, service hours, maintenance arrangements, availability commitments and change notices will be specified in the approved service agreement. No uptime or response-time guarantee is made by this draft.

08

Third-party services and transport arrangements

Pending confirmation

Software access and a transport booking are different arrangements. Booking, cancellation and refund documents in this centre concern travel arrangements and must not be read as software subscription terms. The responsibilities of transport suppliers and any integrated service providers require confirmation in the relevant agreement.

09

Suspension, closure and liability

Pending confirmation

Account suspension and closure, data export or deletion on exit, outstanding charges, warranties and liability require business approval and legal drafting. This framework does not set penalties, exclusions or liability limits.

10

Changes to these terms

Pending confirmation

This section will explain how changes are made and how you will be told about them.

11

Contracting entity and governing law

Pending confirmation

The governing law and the courts with jurisdiction will be stated here once the contracting entity is confirmed.
